Pre 90 1600 Bangers, Lady Rookie Bangers Gold Roof, National Ministox, Junior Bangers

 

Today we have the Scott Graves Memorial for Pre 90 under 1600 Bangers.
This is the day though when we remember the much missed 577 Scott Graves, and the corresponding meeting last year was an absolutely brilliant day where every driver came with the perfect mindset for a fun day of racing with plenty of crashing and it was definitely smiles and handshakes all round. The brilliant scenes after the DD following the epic 10 car wrecking train was what Banger racing is all about and we were delighted that Scott's family were present to see the type of action that Scott loved. 
We are delighted to have on board sponsorship from Stark Brothers Services, JW Transport and Recovery and LO Transport,  and their sponsorship will concentrate on the Entertainment side of things with Awards to Race Entertainers and an increased amount on the DD . There will also be extra lap leader money on the final as well as Money on the top three and we thank them all for their valuable support . 

Also racing are the Lady Rookie Bangers for their Gold Roof race plus the kids in Junior Bangers and National Ministox.

Its now all pay on the day, we have a large capacity we won't sell out.

We are thrilled to be welcomed into the Trip Advisor Hall of Fame with our Certificate of Excellence and we have a 4.7 out of 5 rating on google. You really should be coming along to Skegness Raceway to be part of the excitement & fun that lots of people are talking about and have had a great time over the last few years. We are also members of Visit Britain and Visit England. Skegness Raceway is also home to the famous ‘SKEG VEGAS’ Sign.

We have a large undercover Grandstand, if you prefer to watch from outside, the arena is raised terracing so plenty of unhindered viewing. We also have Bars (including our family Raceview Bar, air con or heated), shops, catering, toilets, disabled toilets and baby changing facilities. 
We have no direct seating, large tyres are banked in on each bend which do create a seating area. You are welcome to bring your own chairs. The seaside end allows a great area for wheelchair viewing.

We have some ongoing improvements at the raceway, Please bear with us as we continue to upgrade the Raceway

Sorry there isn’t a cash machine at the raceway, you can pay cash or card but be aware we don’t have card machines in the bars and cash payment is quicker in the shops. Due to the Raceway location we struggle for a signal with mobile card machines.

There is restricted access to the pits, if you require a pits wristband you will need to go to the pit office, which closes at 1pm. Please note the Pit Office is cash only.

Disabled parking is situated near the turnstiles (please don’t park in front of the turnstiles), would recommend early arrival to secure a space.

Trackside parking no longer available (hasn’t been since 2017) and there is also no longer a bus service to the Raceway, we do have a free car park. 

Note. Large quantities of food and drink are not allowed to be brought in to the Stadium arena. You may enter the Stadium with a small amount of food and non- alcoholic beverage suitable for one person’s consumption ie. Sandwich, packet of crisps and bottle of soft drink. 
We will not allow cooler boxes, holdalls, shopping bags, backpacks etc. filled with refreshments. Nor will we allow trays, packs crates etc. of soft drinks. 

STRICTLY NO ALCOHOL or GLASS. Alcohol will be confiscated 
 If you have specific dietary requirements for health reasons, please bring a confirmation letter with you from your GP.
We race in all weather conditions.

Well behaved dogs on leads are allowed to be brought into the venue.

No tents, shelters, gazebos, marquee’s, pop up tents or similar are allowed inside the Stadium Arena.

Advance Tickets can’t be used in the Pit Office.

If you have online advance tickets please read all the info on the ticket page, your order number (5 digits long) is important not your receipt number which is 8 digits long. Advance Tickets can’t be used at the pitgate.

As well as advance tickets you can pay at the gate on the day for all event at Skegness Raceway we have a large capacity we won’t sell out.

The event starts at 1pm with the turnstiles opening at 11am the event usually finishes between 5 and 6pm
